Logline: During territorial battles between Texas and Mexico, a young man’s father is gun-downed in cold blood. He, along with his father’s best friend, join a Texian militia during the Meir Expedition to find his father’s killer, and secure Texas borders once and for all.

In recent years, GRANT CRAMER (Executive Producer) has turned his attention to writing, producing and directing. A short film he wrote, produced and directed, “Say Goodnight, Michael”, won numerous awards including the Grand Jury Award at the New York Independent Film and Video festival. In 2008, he created and executive produced the VH1 series, “Old Skool with Terry and Gita”, which aired in over 40 countries internationally. In 2011 through 2013, Grant was the executive vice president of Envision Entertainment where he was their chief creative executive on 10 movies during that span.

Currently, he is the President of Land a far Entertainment, an independent film finance and production company. He recently executive produced Lone Survivor, starring Mark Wahlberg, And So It Goes, starring Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton and November Man, starring Pierce Brosnan and Olga Kurylenko. In 2014 Grant produced Some Kind Of Beautiful starring Pierce Brosnan, Salma Hayek and Jessica Alba. Besides this slate of films, he has four others features he plans to produce in the next two years.

JAMES NELSON DAVIS (Writer/Producer) wrote the novel The Empty Chair (2012) which was released in September 2013 by Whiskey Creek Press and is currently in development for a feature film. James is a former Marine supporting the mission of the National Security Agency. Never afraid of following his dreams, he had an NFL tryout with the 49ers at the age of 43, appeared on “The Great American Dream Vote”, hosted by

Donny Osmond, and played a football extra in the film “The Game Plan”, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. James graduated from Southern Christian University in Montgomery, Alabama with a B.S. in Bible and an M.S. in Management. He also served as an adjunct English Writing Professor at Andover College in Lewiston, Maine.

NICK SLATKIN (Writer/Producer) is a graduate of Syracuse University and UCLAʼs Professional Program in Screenwriting. He has spent over a decade immersed in the entertainment industry; from making music videos, shorts, web series, commercials, and feature films; such as the award-winning short, THE ATTACKMEN, and award-winning feature, THE BLUE HOUR. Nick has held almost every position on a production because he feels it allows him to gain a greater understanding of how to communicate with his team and clients. He recently produced and directed the indie feature, SULFUR, and wrote, produced, and directed the feature THE OUIJA EXORCISM, which was released worldwide in October of 2015.
